Take a leisurely walk in the tranquil tropical gardens, where lush plantings and a myriad green hues as well as the sight and sound of water delight the eyes and refresh the spirit.

Alternatively just lounge in the garden or alongside the sparkling pool. Let your cares fall away and switch off amidst the peaceful ambience and enjoy some complete relaxation.

Or indulge your sense of fun with a game of tennis on a nearby court, as gentle or as energetic as you wish. For the more adventurous there are Elephant Back Safari’s, Game drives in the Well known Addo Elephant National Park and Mountain or River safari's, Quad Biking Tours through Citrus Farms, or Guided Bushveld Walks which we can book for you at one of the surrounding reserves, beautiful scenery or a visit to Port Elizabeth to tour some of its spectacular attractions.

Or simply relax in one of our comfortable guest area's. Enjoy a cocktail in our ladies bar before indulging in some of the country's finest fare! Facials and various massages can also be arranged, while a gift and coffee shop are also nearby.

Starting with your buffet breakfast, choose first between a selection of home made breads, muesli, fruit and meat platters, jams and preserves to name only a few of the offered items, and be spoilt

Special dishes change frequently, and Elzona is happy to cater for special dietary requirements, from Vegan to Gluten-free. Visiting day guests are welcome to enjoy a light lunch in our restaurant.

In the evening a five course culinary experience is presented to be enjoyed by candle light. Cosmos Cuisine has won awards from both BOE and MOET Chandon as one of the 30 top restaurants of the Country.


We aim to use fresh produce from our beautiful Valley, as far as possible. This includes the wonderful citrus produced here as well as venison like Kudu, Eland and Gemsbuck.

Each dish is completed with garnish from our herb and flower garden.


From an intimate dinner for two to a celebration banquet for a wedding, or conference or even an anniversary or birthday bash, we will assist you to select the wines best suited to your meal from our walk in cellar Alternatively enjoy our House Wine, cultivated on the Deetlefs family's estate in Rosselville.
