Inspirit provides mind and body therapies in the south Dublin and specialises in Acupuncture, Tuina Massage and Dielectric Resonance or Theragem.

Inspirit therapist Niamh O’ Brien((BA; Lic Ac; Cert Tuina Massage; Dielectric Resonance Therapist; Dip. Naturopathy).) is a graduate of the College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dublin. She completed her studies in Naturopathy before proceeding to specialise in Acupuncture. She received intensive training and experience working under one of Dublin’s first Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners and went on to establish Inspirit where she combines both her knowledge and experience for the effective treatment of each individual.

Recently trained in Tuina massage and Dielectric Resonance therapy, Niamh continuously enhances her field of healing therapies in order to provide the best treatment protocol for her clients. She is a member of the Irish Acupuncture Board and China Ireland Acupuncture Association

Acupuncture is an ancient system of health care that has been in use for over 2000 years in China in order to maintain health and well-being.

Tuina massage is a hands-on oriental bodywork therapy which employs the traditional Chinese medical theory of the flow of “Qi” or energy through the meridians as it’s basic therapeutic principle.

Theragem or dielectric resonance therapy, uses dielectric resonating properties of crystals, along with natural healing frequencies and colour to influence the vibration rates and energy of living cells – tissues, bone, organs and glands. more
