Kate and Andrew Cooke opened QC’s Seafood restaurant in the picturesque town of Cahersiveen on the Ring of Kerry in April 2000. During the 11 years that QC’s has been in operation it has built up a loyal customer base with both the locals and holiday home owners. As a consequence of this support and the dedication of all those involved with QC’s, the restaurant has won awards and recommendations from some of Ireland’s most prestigious food critics.

For the 2011 season, QC’s have added a small number of beautifully appointed rooms. Each guest room has been purposely designed to give our guests 5 star luxury. Topping the list are the quality beds as supplied to the best of Irish hotels, pressurised rain showers, roll top baths, flat screen TV’s and free Wi-Fi. Add fresh cotton sheets Jacobs wool blankets and a few simple creature comforts, you can be assured that the rooms will equal the quality that patrons of QC’s have come to expect. Ideal overnight accommodation whilst walking the Kerry Way.

Put simply, the emphasis is placed on sourcing food locally, ensuring that the freshest ingredients are used, and that the food is prepared and presented in a simple appealing way.

Thanks to these simple philosophies QC’s is proudly recognized as one of the finest eateries on the Ring of Kerry.
