In the land of Saint Francesco, of Michelangelo, Piero Della Francesca, the battle of Anghiari, completely dipped in the green and amazing nature, where peace and tranquillities are the King and the Queen, where the blue of the sky gets into the silver of the olive trees, where the yellow of the brooms is stirred to the colors of the violets and daisies, on the top of a hill from which an amazing view of the high valley of the Tevere river and the Appennino Tosco - Umbro - Marchigiano, it rises, in the land of Tuscany, the farm house "Il Borgo del Senatore". The structure, in the middle of a huge property of greens hills and secular trees, is inhabited by tale animals: roes, fallow deers, hares but also squirrels and wild boars and in sky it is not rare to admire hawks, larks and robins.

General

The "Borgo del Senatore" is located on the top of a hill (about 450 meters over sea level), where it is possible to admire an amazing view of the Tevere river high valley.
The estate (about 35 Hectares) is surrounded by more than 1.000 olive trees, with their strong silver tops, and exposed to the sun there is a wide vineyard, that still nowadays shows its vitality.
All around there are wide and green English style gardens, flowers, fruit trees and centuries-old cypresses, where it is located the sqimming pool.
Moreover, as in cyclopic embrace there is the wood with its colours. its fragrances, its fruits, its animals, its lights and shades.
In this environment where nature is dominant, you will find a new dimension, peace, relax and privacy.

ON PLACE SERVICES
* 18x7 meters swimming pool with roman stairs, night lights, deckchairs, umbrellas, sun shower. Opening since June 1st to september 30th.
* barbecues;

* 3 Km walking path in the private wood;
* equipped room in the nature
Available a wide room with a small library and games, for those who don't want to leave the place. You can also buy olive oil and wine, locally produced.
The swimming pool use is allowed only to our guests . No lifeguard is working in the swimming pool; the "Borgo del Senatore" has no responsability for what can happens using the swimming pool; for minors it is mandatory the presence of their parents at the swimming pool side.
As the farmers say, in the country-side, there is always something to do, if you want you can do a new experience with us!
