I don’t like big group tours! People who want to experience a group tour with no more than 15 guests. This tour is the closest we can give you to a private tour with the benefits of a group tour. Flexible Itinerary with ‘me time’ included We realize that some guests don’t want to be tied into a hectic daily schedule. This tour includes free time on several days. No tour should be an endurance test and staying at premier accommodations needs time for enjoyment also. Dining We’ve listened to the important client feedback received over the years. Including all meals is far from popular. We include breakfast and some lunches on this tour. You are not travelling to Ireland to dine in hotels at night. People want to get out of the hotel in the evening into the towns of Ireland and dine at the great pubs and restaurants. Again this is another measure of the flexibility built into the tour where you have your free time most evenings to explore and we will of course give you our tried and tested recommendations. Inclusions We realize that people don’t want to take their wallets out at every sightseeing venue or place of interest. Each of the scheduled itinerary visits on this tour is included in the overall cost. We also provide Heritage Cards and Dublin Passes which cover cost of entry to several key sights. This tour has an eclectic mix of accommodations to showcase some of Ireland’s finest accommodations. Frequently asked questions What is included in the cost? Your accommodations inclusive of breakfast and service charges, cost of entry into the sightseeing places included on the itinerary, approved national driver guide, two evening meals including a night of Irish entertainment and departure airport transfers. What other costs will I incur? Your out of pocket expenses will include meals other than breakfast and the two evening meals included. Other costs would be refreshments and drinks purchased as well as any alcohol purchased with the evening meals we include. Cost of entry to sightseeing other than what is outlined on the programme is an out of pocket expense. Group numbers. The maximum number of participants on this tour is 15 guests. The tour dates are guaranteed to go ahead regardless of the tour filling. Should the tour numbers reduce we reserve the right to use a suitable vehicle relative to the numbers. It is important to note that all our vehicles are fitted to the highest standards and a reduction in numbers will not affect your comfort on this tour. Service (including luggage handling) charges are included for the accommodations. Your driver’s gratuity is not included and should be offered on an individual basis and not as a group. Enchanting Ireland Tour starts on a Saturday and ends on a Sunday. Note if you plan to start your trip on the Saturday you will need to fly from the US or Canada on the Friday to be in Ireland for Saturday and the tour commencement. Several past clients have arrived a day or two earlier to adjust to the time change and enjoy some time in Dublin. We are happy to assist with pre or post tour stays.
