B&B Smart is situated in the heart of Rome , 5 minutes walk from the main train station Termini and in front Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore , a short walk to the Coliseum , Roman Forum , Spanish Steps , Trevi Fountain ... All your needs are handy due to our location surrounded by restaurants , pubs , supermarkets , shops , bars , art galleries , museums , pizzeria , banks , post office , internet points , bus & metro stops , Fiumicino airport is 30 minutes by train and Ciampino airport is 40 minutes by shuttle bus.

Our B&B is composed by 3 spacious and clean rooms , and the large common bathroom is shared and we have a second toilette available, in a friendly and quiet atmosphere . B&B Smart is located in center of Rome, in front of Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore. Every part of the city can easily be reached from the Termini station, where you can find the metro, and many buses. Most of the monuments are reachable by foot; Colosseum, San Pietro in Vincoli (with Michelangelo's famous sculpture "Moses"), Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagna, Roman Forum and much more.
From the Termini train station you can reach the hotel by foot. Take the exit Via Giolitti and outside look to Via Gioberti. Walking on Via Gioberti and after 3 blocks on your right you find Via Farini.
